Hong Kong, one of the world’s major international airports, has responded to the challenge of congestion of an airport too small for a growing air traffic by building a new efficient airport, thus opening the way for a reconversion of the old airport site. This has allowed Hong Kong to strengthen its position as a global hub for air freight and international passengers, while being a core element of the ongoing spatial restructuration of the Pearl River delta, including a new town next to the airport and an intermodal center at the end of the HKMZ bridge-tunnel from Macau.

For a long time, the analysis of the production of the city in Africa was based on an exogenous perception according to urban models theorized and experimented with in the Occidental countries, then diffused and applied through different mechanisms in the South, bearing witness to historical relations - through the making of the colonial city - and present relations - in the context of the making of new towns. The sixth principle of the Charte de la Ligue Internationale de l’Education Nouvelle of 1921 emphasizes the concept of coeducation. The definition of this concept provides interesting insights to launch a proactive debate on the need to increase the male presence in primary school teaching staff. First of all, some results of empir- ical research that support the request to increase the number of male teachers in the primary school are displayed. Secondly, the most significant measures adopted by some States to promote the figure of the male primary school teacher are described. Finally, a few proposals are made on what could be done in Italy.
Identification of predictive biomarkers for the efficacy of nivolumab in patients with advanced non-small cell cancer.

The recent introduction of immunotherapy has disrupted the management of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Nivolumab, an antibody targeting the immune checkpoint inhibitor PD-1, has shown remarkable results in seconde-line setting after failure of standard first-line chemotherapy. However, only a quarter of patients benefits from this therapy. To date, no predictive biomarker of the therapeutic efficacy of nivolumab has been identified in a clear and consensual manner.
